Dover Strait Fine Art Print

The Dover Strait, (or Pas de Calais for our friends over the water), is the busiest shipping lane in the world. Crossed by Romans and Normans in the past, today it remains a vital shipping route connecting the UK with Europe and the rest of the world.

This print is a satellite image of the Dover Strait, rendered with exaggerated 3D relief giving it the illusion of depth. The image has high enough resolution to see dozens of ships passing through the strait, though this is best seen at the largest print sizes.
